The Customer Care Supervisor I will be responsible for training and supervising customer service representatives, monitoring customer service performance, and resolving customer complaints. The Customer Care Supervisor I will also be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
