Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience coordinating projects. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Assist Program Manager with collection of all artist forms required for payment and promotional purposes; maintain artist records.

Record program expenses and purchasing card receipts. Assist with submission of program invoices to finance department for timely payment.

Experience working in an office setting

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

● Experience/comfort working with Salesforce or other relationship management tools a plus

Support management of external relationships and visibility

● Excellent project management and detail orientation

This is a full-time, hybrid (remote and in-person) position

Your work as Program Manager, Startup Engagement will focus on the following key objectives:

Manage excellent data infrastructure and support fresh insights

●Position is a 1099 (independent contractor) paid position and offers no benefits

●Created and managed a clothing pantry for migrant men, women and children – 1,800 served to date.

●Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

●Excellent written and verbal communications skills

●Excellent administrative skills (including scheduling, record keeping, data recording, etc.)

●Experience and/or comfort managing social media communications

A Bachelor’s degree combined with 12 years’ of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master’s degree.

Working knowledge of an additional UN language, in particular French and/or Spanish, is an asset.

A Master's degree, preferably in HR, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field is required.

Fluency in written and oral English is required.

Bachelor's degree and relevant training in a relevant field such as business, finance, education, or nonprofit management (advanced degree preferred).

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for program delivery, participant engagement, and data management.

Knowledge of impact investing, sustainable finance, and responsible investment practices preferred, or proven ability to quickly learn new topics.

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and experience in collecting, and analyzing program data.

Training programs for UHNWIs and wealth managers that translate insights into practice

Excellent project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail

Manage in-office lunch programs, including vendor management, collecting and analyzing feedback and tracking relative analytics.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and experience collaborating across an organization, including with members of senior leadership

Lead swag program across Angi, in partnership with Sales Program Manager, specifically focused on new hires, tenure recognition and values programming.

Support the Sr. Manager, Talent Development & Inclusion in creating resources to best support our Employee Resource Groups.
