• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the court.
• Monitoring court performance and making recommendations for improvement.
• Working with other court personnel to ensure that court operations are running smoothly.
• Assisting with the development of court budgets and ensuring that the court is operating within budget.
• Coordinating with other court personnel to ensure that court proceedings are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
