Five or more years work experience in Treasury, Finance or related area

Strong recruiting skills and ability to identify quality candidates

Strong experience in recruitment sourcing (Boolean search techniques, search strings) and online database searching techniques

Understanding of capital markets or other corporate treasury related experience preferred

Highly collaborative, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Qualifications For This Role

In addition to written and verbal communication skills, core skills include:

Assist with field recruiting, when necessary, for shop level management and hourly employees.

Experienced at coaching hiring managers on how they can meet their recruiting needs.

Full Remote - Work from anywhere in the lower 48 United States

Provide interview training guides, tools, and support to hiring managers. Update and enhance those training tools as needed.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting capacity handling corporate level positions. Restaurant industry a plus.

Experienced with heavy systems and processes.

Manage and mentor the team through the entire recruitment life-cycle including req calibration, sourcing, submittals, interviews, and offer negotiations.

Responsible for fostering and committing to a best-in class hiring manager, stakeholder, and candidate experience.

Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting operations specialists.

At least 1 year of direct experience managing a corporate talent acquisition team

Bachelor’s degree -OR- 4 years additional relevant work experience

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, marketing, or a related field

Institute executive and corporate recruitment best practice strategies, tools, and technology in establishing a best-in-class recruitment process and candidate experience

6+ years of corporate and/or agency Executive Recruiting and Executive Sourcing experience

7-10 years’ experience managing a team of recruiters

Previous executive search experience required (Director and above)
