Data Collector - Real Estate - Time Limited

Job Summary

Performs routine inspection and collection of real property data for reappraisal review.

Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year of closely related experience directly related to these duties.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required pre-employment background check and subsequent mandatory background checks in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.

A valid Driver’s License accepted by the State of Utah is required at the time of hire in order to operate a County vehicle.

Essential Functions

• Provides detailed information to the public regarding Division procedures.
• Establishes and maintains accurate agency filing systems, records keeping, and updates the system.
• Supports office functions effectively utilizing computers and software.
• Travels to property site, surveys neighborhoods, takes pictures, and uploads into Division software.
• Updates photographs of the property.

Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

Work duties are typically performed outside in all types of weather conditions.

This position requires the ability to climb, walk, sit, kneel, and bend in varied indoor and outdoor terrain to access assets and properties, collect field data, and perform measurements.
