Overview A Corporate Meeting Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating corporate meetings and events. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the event are organized and run smoothly. They must be able to work with a variety of people, including vendors, clients, and staff, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Detailed Job Description The Corporate Meeting Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating corporate meetings and events. This includes researching and selecting venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating catering, and managing budgets. The Coordinator must be able to work with a variety of people, including vendors, clients, and staff, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The Coordinator must also be able to handle any unexpected issues that may arise during the event. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in event planning, hospitality, or related field
• At least two years of experience in event planning and coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
