Highly developed logic and analytical reasoning skills. Demonstrated investigation experience with analytical skills.

Knowledgeable of Federal Acquisition Regulations clauses or experience in government contracting.

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, law, and/or a related field from an accredited university.

Strong interpersonal, oral communication and writing skills.

Sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail with ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex investigations simultaneously.

3+ years of fraud investigation experience required.

Prior experience investigating employee fraud or misconduct and conducting investigations in a banking/financial services/law enforcement environment is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Certifications in area of investigative specialization preferred, e.g., CFE.

Excellent organizational and communications skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Prior completion of Bank Security schools, Bank Security/Fraud Training Programs, and/or Bank Security/Fraud Examiner certification(s) preferred

Three to five years of experience in fraud-related investigations

Strong working knowledge of banking operations

Independently lead and manage workplace investigations in an empathetic, fair, neutral, thorough and timely manner.   

Navigate a complex global organization structure with excellent communication skills. 

Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.

3+ years experience as a practicing attorney in the areas of employment law or workplace investigations

Prior experience at a large international organization working on employment or investigation issues.

Demonstrated knowledge of human resources practices

Associates/2 Yr Degree Wicklander-Zulawski Interview/Interrogation Certification preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of retail business acumen.

Experience in executing investigative research
