RESPONSIBILITIES: Director of Intralogistics Projects

Healthcare, Bio-tech, or Academic project experience (required)

5+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor (required)

3+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules

Join Our Growing Team as an On Call Coordinator!

Basic knowledge of Office Suite and QuickBooks. Ability to scan, fax, print, and maintain company files.

Answers and screens all incoming after-hour calls.

Maintains a friendly and professional demeanor with all customers and technicians via phone.

Confirms customers are aware of overtime charges and notes calls correctly.

Schedules emergency service calls and assigns on-call technicians.

Follows up with technicians to confirm receipt of calls.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Experience in contract negotiation and management.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors, including negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and resolving any disputes that may arise.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

1 year of experience in an administrative role within office or customer service setting; preferably within a healthcare setting.

Answer all phone calls outside of regular office hours (weekdays- 4:30 pm-8:00 am; weekends or holidays – 8:00 am-8:00 am).

Politely and efficiently resolve any client service issues, scheduling issues or adjustments.

Monitor the After-hours email and care log.
