COMPENSATION: $145k - $165k Base + Bonus + Benefits on Day 1

We are looking for a Director of Intralogistics Projects to join our client's growing operation supporting household brands Nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES: Director of Intralogistics Projects

• Implement and oversee major projects within the realm of intralogistics and supply chain management, focusing on either singular or multiple locations of Company Operations
• Take charge of ensuring overall project success in terms of deliverables, schedule adherence, and cost management.
• Drive project management from initial planning stages through execution and final acceptance.
• Create detailed schedules and work packages, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with established plans.
• Assess and analyze risks and issues that may impact project outcomes, developing mitigation strategies alongside the project team.
• Managing the day-to-day project development from initiation to completion.
• Rally and motivate proficient project teams, effectively communicating with all stakeholders and adapting priorities to accommodate changes.
• Coordinate all project-related activities, including planning, design, procurement, construction, site assembly, and system commissioning, while maintaining close collaboration with architects, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

REQUIREMENTS: Director of Intralogistics Projects

• 5+ years of logistics operation management experience in a multinational and matrix organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience as Project Manager in intralogistics and construction projects
