Medicaid health plan experience preferred.

Bachelors in Nursing, Healthcare or Education

Clinical Coordinators must meet all programmatic accreditation requirements.

Work in conjunction with program administrator to establish clinical schedules and facilitate student clinical learning experiences.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.

Proficiency with other technologies currently used in clinical settings

Proven record of Executive management skills

Provides supervision and management over facility Executive Director(s), serving as lead administrative authority under the Organization CEO

Creates and maintains management objectives and develops internal controls to ensure accountability within administration

Participates with the management team in the recruitment of potential employees

Formulate training and performance standards to maximize client experience

Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.

Broad-based experience across multiple general educational disciplines with a demonstrated skill in integrating and synthesizing multiple cross-disciplinary solutions to education issues

Uses finance skills in budget development/cost estimation for projects and other team needs.

Maintains currency in nursing practice (Education, nursing practice, and/or research) and curriculum knowledge (via literature, research trends and changes/developments in healthcare).

Knowledge of educational and instructional theories and principles applicable to a variety of teaching & learning modalities.

Demonstrated competence in use of technology for virtual meetings, project management and training.

Maintains programmatic accreditation requirements in relation to curricula.

Engage organizational leaders on regulatory requirements and solution strategies to assure TJC accreditation and CMS certification.

7 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience as a health care professional required.

Previous experience in an accreditation organization or CMS surveyor preferred.

Demonstrate exceptional knowledge on the standards of The Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Care Organizations desired.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) desired.

Certification required within 24 months from date of hire.

Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Required Minimum Skills Strong attention to detail; meticulous accuracy and thoroughness.

Bachelor’s Degree required. (Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred).

Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) preferred or CJCP

One (1) year with hospital accreditation and licensure programs (e.g. The Joint Commission, CMS) preferred.
