Job Description

Treatment Center Administrator- Clinical Licensure Preferred


The Treatment Center Administrator is responsible for overseeing the high-level administrative operations of the GMTC facility; under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that Best Practices, State Regulations and Accreditation Standards are followed while improving the efficiency and quality of services provided. Monitors compliance with all legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards.
  • Assist Executive Director with dispute resolutions and problem solving, as needed
  • Oversees high level operations on an executive level for the treatment center(s)
  • Develops, monitors, and administers processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality, in support of the organizations strategic plan
  • Provides supervision and management over facility Executive Director(s), serving as lead administrative authority under the Organization CEO
  • Attends meetings such as Leadership, Client Engagement, and Quality Assurance
  • Evaluates all operational processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization of all aspects of operations.
  • Participates with the management team in the recruitment of potential employees
  • Assists Executive Director with performance evaluations, as needed
  • Creates and utilizes a method to measure performance and progress towards the Organizations established goals and high-level strategic plans
  • Develops and implements market strategies and integration efforts across other facilities as directed and assigned by the Organization CEO
  • Assists the Executive Director as needed productively working with each department within matters of client concerns or personnel concern
  • Formulate training and performance standards to maximize client experience
  • Assumes responsibility of budgeting and resourcing for facility finding ways to reduce overall costs while maintaining consistent patient services. Oversees daily financial transactions.
  • Assists with long term goals and planning to support the initiative of operational excellence
  • Assists with hiring of Operations staff, as needed
  • Monitors compliance with all legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards
  • Creates and maintains management objectives and develops internal controls to ensure accountability within administration
  • Oversees all administrative, clinical and financial operations under the direction of the Organization Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Oversees the daily therapeutic schedule and has ultimate responsibility for assuring the clinical effectiveness and engagement impact of the therapeutic schedule, as needed for the benefit of the clients. Oversees all patient care, clinical operations and programs
  • Serves as an active member of the facility quality improvement (QI) team and leads the process for assuring measurable impact from any QI strategies
  • Assist Executive Director with corrective action plans and improvement plans, as needed
  • Other duties assigned by CEO

Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinker with effective planning skills
  • Organization
  • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar
  • Proven record of Executive management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally with members of all levels of the
  • 10 plus years supervision, facility, or related field.
  • Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work with physicians, patients, and staff at all levels; must have the ability to relate to people in a manner to win confidence and establish rapport
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • If in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober.
  • Ability to closely partner with other corporate departments including, but not limited to, Executive Leadership Team, Billing, Admissions, and Human Resources
  • Satisfactory CORI check/OIG and Pre-employment Drug Screen
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded; ability to build and maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executive management, financial experts, and members of the organization to communicate ideas, management initiatives, strategic plans, goals, processes, and procedures
  • Models’ professionalism, collaborative efforts, and teamwork. Exhibiting professional demeanor pertaining to all relations
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, sound decisions, completing tasks in a timely manner, delegating, and following up on tasks
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;
  • Required Background Check/ Screening

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
