The Contracts and Compliance Administrator is responsible for the following duties:

• Reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identifying and resolving contractual issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and agreements.
• Developing and implementing procedures for contract management.
• Providing advice and guidance on contractual matters.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
