We are a group of analytical, creative, and motivated people who are tackling complex human capital management challenges and delivering world-class solutions to our enterprise clients. If you have a desire to be part of a great team, in a challenging and growing space, you’ll want to explore this opportunity.

You'll be responsible for internal and, to a more limited extent, client-facing compliance duties related to the ongoing classification and verification of independent contractors (ICs), along with onboarding for payment purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep electronic audit defense compliance files updated with re-evaluations and updated defense documentation
  • Client and partner interaction, to respond rapidly to requests for information
  • Maintenance and management of files, and customer support
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required by business needs.
  • Create billing files to include client-specific documentation
  • IC and Client Manager outreach, through clear and professional phone calls and e-mails
  • Onboarding of ICs and collection of all related documents
  • Manage project extensions and collection of expired documentation
  • Daily checking and following-up with contractors for documents and next steps
  • New Hire Reporting for all ICs
  • Six-month IC evaluations for active projects
  • Resolve email and telephone inquiries relating to documentation, re-evaluations

Experience:

  • Experience working in staffing or related field, with knowledge of MSP and VMS is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Self-motivated individual who works well independently and within a team – must be comfortable working with varied groups (e.g. internal teams, clients and contractors)
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening and writing skills
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Many more ancillary benefits
  • Voluntary life insurance
  • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
  • Pay range: $45,000 - $50,000 annualized, depending on relevant experience
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Eligible for variable compensation plan based on performance and company goals
