Overview The Contracts and Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This position is responsible for the review, negotiation, and execution of contracts, as well as the monitoring and enforcement of compliance with contractual obligations. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Contracts and Compliance Administrator is responsible for the following duties:
• Reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identifying and resolving contractual issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and agreements.
• Developing and implementing procedures for contract management.
• Providing advice and guidance on contractual matters.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex legal documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
