Manage customer diligence and audit requests regarding products, data privacy and technical controls and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders.
Manage customer, data subject and other 3rd party data privacy related inquiries.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing all aspects of preparing, revising, negotiating, examining, and analyzing contract documents.
Relevant experience with global data privacy regulations and regimes.
Experience with structured compliance environments such as ISO and SOC preferred.
Support the sales and executive teams as a subject matter expert in the area of operational and legal compliance.

Overview The Contracts and Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The Contracts and Compliance Administrator is responsible for the following duties:

• Reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identifying and resolving contractual issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and agreements.
• Developing and implementing procedures for contract management.
• Providing advice and guidance on contractual matters.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
