Experience maintaining a lab notebook and following written protocols with excellent problem-solving skills.

BS/MS in with 1+ years experience in a research setting.

Must have experience with PCR

Must have knowledge of flow cytometry, MSD, and enzymatic assays

Experience with histology is a plus

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience and familiarity with provider agreements and contracts is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to develop strong working relationships with internal and external contacts.

Requires excellent diplomacy, oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to coordinate efforts among various departments at Point32Health

Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

Key Responsibilities/Duties – What You Will Be Doing

Adhere to all laboratory safety requirements and procedures

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strong organizational skills that enable a high level of productivity and timely completion of assignments

Excellent oral and written communication skills for effectively interfacing with all members of the company

Knowledge of nucleic acid chemistry and biology is a plus

Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong experience in the theory and performance of immunology and/or molecular biology methods

Experience in analytics approaches and use of software

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and a collaborative attitude to work in multidisciplinary teams

Experience with protein biochemistry and/or protein characterization (surface plasmon resonance (SPR), biolayer interferometry (Octet), ELISA) a plus

Working as part of an international team for antibody discovery and characterization against several pathogenic targets

Bibliography analysis on new technical development for antibody discovery programs
