Excellent writing and editing skills.

Job Title: Contract Clinical Research Associate

Salary: $70 USD - $85 USD Per Hour

Using your UX strategic skills you will collaborate with other teams to understand business requests, requirements, and deliverables.

8+ years of experience creating interfaces or large-scale digital experiences

Agency experience not required but a plus.

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a field monitor CRA

Experience monitoring IVD clinical trials is required

Experience working in a self-driven capacity, with a sense of urgency and limited oversight

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1+ years of previous sales contract operations or finance (related to sales) experience

Perform ongoing membership rosters and affiliate management processing in accordance with business rules.

Responsible for communicating with customers including providing status updates in relation to customer inquiries and dispute management.

Bachelor Degree (general business or finance disciplines are preferred)

Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industry

Manage customer program onboarding including ensuring that appropriate forms and contracts are completed accurately, updating systems and communicating with applicants.

Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have practical knowledge of project management.

Interfaces with design engineers to establish system design operating and training requirements and to ensure optimized human machine interfaces.

Applies human performance principles methodologies and technologies to the design of human machine systems and products.

Identifies and analyzes technological problems or risks performs theoretical human factors investigations and develops and implements research and analysis plans.
