Contract Manual Software Tester Jobs

Verifiable working experience utilizing Bug tracking tools such as MS Test Manager (MTM) and/or Development and Operations (DevOps).

Any testing certifications, such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).

Verifiable working experience with Accessibility/Usability experience with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) & Section 508 compliance.

At minimum at least One Year of Detailed Working Experience with:

Verifiable working experience with testing web and mobile software applications.

Verifiable working experience with Functional and integration testing experience.

Extensive knowledge of the FPS video game genre

Experience with JIRA or other bug-tracking systems

Experience with desktop (macOS/Windows), mobile (iOS/Android), and virtual machines

Experience with automated testing tools (such as Selenium) is a bonus

Experience with writing and executing technical test cases

Knowledge in creating detailed test cases/scripts based on business and functional requirements, as well as reviewing the same

Creates and documents test cases for all documented requirements

Ability to perform Business Analysis and write Technical Requirements

Knowledge of software development life cycle principles and quality assurance methodology

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand software requirements and create test plans and test cases accordingly

3+ years of manual software testing experience

Experience with bug tracking/defect resolutions in HP Quality Center or HP ALM

Manually test software applications to identify, document and report issues

Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios and test scripts

Perform regression testing to ensure that previously fixed issues have not reoccurred
