DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Interact with regional and global stakeholders on the instruction, progress and result of functional test cases.
  • Work with Quality Engineers to identify areas within the application set that would benefit from QA automation
  • Work with TSAs and product management to identify acceptance criteria for functional application features and behavior
  • Perform manual testing of existing and in-development components of the 3PT program
  • Write test cases relevant to pre- and post-production features


SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience identifying a tactical test plan based off of acceptance criteria of functional and technical design provided by Software Development Engineers and SDETs
  • Experience with writing and executing technical test cases
  • Ability to accommodate fluctuating workloads and output expectations.
  • Experience testing highly complex, technical applications and services
  • Understanding of black box manual testing techniques
  • Ability to work independently
** This is a CONTRACT position

This contract position has a base pay range of $30 - $30 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms.
