Our Phoenix, AZ facilities are looking for a Production Process Engineer to provide support the operations.

Identify, develop, and drive or assist in the implementation of continuous improvement solutions

Basic knowledge of Project Management; Smartsheets experience is advantageous.

Experience with change management methodologies.

Minimum four (4) years of experience in Data analytics and Operational Quality Management roles in a customer service-driven environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Supports operational excellence assessments by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on relevant data using the industry-recognized quality management framework.

Presents data-driven solutions to senior management.

Confer with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations, Business Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and Food Science preferred

Project Management: ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process.

Continuous analysis of plant staffing, resources and capital requirements to meet or exceed Production standards and goals.

Manage the successful transition of new products and technology into the production arena.

Responsible for assisting and supporting the implementation of process improvements throughout the company.

Establishes an integrated, seamless working relationship with plant manager and HPS manager, and the rest of the organization

Develops leadership team and especially HPS managers; leads the network of HPS leaders within the region

Leads workshops involving all plant actors to increase the level of skills and autonomy of the production teams

Previous plant director or Senior dept head background with strong experience in production and continuous improvement.

Participates in all phase assessments to provide a calibrated and objective viewpoint

Captures and disseminates current best practices worthy of reapplication

Coordinates with release management including Change Control Process for timely, well-documented releases.

Translates business-defined requests/issues into technical requirements for Data and Technology Team to design and implement.

Tests processes and reporting prior to UAT to ensure products delivered to the business units accurately address the requirements collected.

Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent work experience

10+ of Years in loan servicing and/or similar experience.

Experience with multiple business units within loan servicing

3 or more years of experience automating and improving existing processes/workflows within an Asset Management organization.

Possess strong analytical skills on end-to-end processes that link capabilities and priorities.

Must have experience with RPA (Robotic process automation), Workflow and Visual analytics tools and Databases.

Knowledge of technical tools such as Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau/ Power BI, Python, SQL/Oracle database.

Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with genuine interest in investments.

Solid verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on client service and follow through.

Lean and Six Sigma Techniques

Proficient in Sales Force and Tableau preferred.

Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a process improvement and/or project management role.

One (1) year of demonstrated experience in a process improvement role or Master's Degree obtained through an accredited institution.

Working knowledge of business operations including basic leadership, analytical and financial principles, concepts, and methods

Excellent computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Experience using the coach approach to solve problems and make enhancements.

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.

6+ years of previous continuous improvement experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).

Develops and implements production and processing methods and controls to meet customer and quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.

Investigates and resolves work-in-process problems.

Evaluates the leadership standard work of the local frontline leaders in support of an effective management system, infrastructure and management process.

Leads efforts for establishing and sustaining improvement processes supporting a value stream manager and their associated value stream.

Implements shared continuously improving standard practices and processes across an area or business unit.

Promotes and supports all portions of their value stream for Continuous Improvement (Lean) Maturity. Supports OTJ and formal CI training.

Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Six Sigma Black belt preferred; lean, six sigma or other experience with a well-developed methodology required.

A minimum of 15+ years of progressively responsible Continuous Improvement/ Lean leadership experience in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment

Proven experience working effectively in non-union and union environments
