Continuous Improvement Trainer Jobs in Arkansas

Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements for food safety and equipment highly desired.

15+ years of demonstrated experience implementing a continuous improvement and Lean culture in a food manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated experience leading CI programs and projects.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Directs and develops a team responsible for the optimization, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, or plants.

Lean Six Sigma experience is required. Black Belt Certification is preferred.

Well-developed cross-functional problem solving & multi-tasking abilities, leads by example, acts as an owner, results-oriented & strong customer focus skills.

Lead team to develop and maintain engineering competencies at the sites by coaching and mentoring to build capabilities.

3-5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, TPM implementation, and continuous improvement project experience are required.

Experience leading technical resources to successfully maintain production line equipment to achieve high levels of productivity.

Must possess strong financial control skills to support plant efforts in successful cost and capital planning performance.

May be required to have business-specific skills or certification

Be able to use Asana project management software

Preferred – knowledge/certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma

Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to effectively work on a team

Knowledge and proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum of eight to fifteen years of related experience or financial services industry experience

Strong project management skills and experience as well as relationship sales skills are preferred.

Excellent organizational, time management, project management, analytical, problem solving, communication, and verbal & written presentation skills.

Work within the IT Change Management process to affect timely and complete implementation of system and process changes.

Identify opportunities and document technical system and process requirements to improve operational efficiencies and customer service-related global issues.

Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred however, significant relevant work experience may commensurate.

Over 2 years of experience in a call center or consumer services setting.

• Strong project management skills and experience as well as relationship sales skills are preferred.
