5+ years experience leading and training on Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Location: Remote (not California) with the ability to travel globally approx. 70% of the time.

Utilize statistical analysis and other tools to measure the impact of process improvements and report on progress to management.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

3+ years of experience in process improvement in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry

Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years in people management role.

Extensive knowledge and experience in Production Systems, Lean Manufacturing Deployment/Transformation

Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in the manufacturing operations field and/or leadership roles

Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Master Black Belt preferred.

Demonstrated ability to utilize data, strategic thinking skills, intuition, and influence to solve critical and real work problems.
