This role is based in our San Francisco HQ office and not currently open to remote work.

Take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs

Act as a partner for recruiting ops problems and help us find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration

Use our recruiting “tech stack” to help our teams streamline processes to delight candidates and stakeholders

Knowledge of contract management preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage a task from start to finish.

B.A. degree and 5 or more years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Assist Principals and Project Managers with preparing and tracking project schedules, budgets, and billing.

Receive and review all incoming construction correspondence / submittals and forward or respond as necessary under direction of Project Manager.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Relevant experience in software localization, localization program management or management of localization technology solutions

Support the Localization Program Management team with execution on a variety of projects, mostly for Product UI, Marketing and Support content.

Use and navigate proprietary CMS and Project Management tool independently to kick off translations requests to proprietary CAT tools.

Set-up, submission and monitoring of translation requests through proprietary CMS and Project Management tools and follow through in proprietary CAT tools.

Experience working with remote teams in different time zones

Experience in managing localization projects from planning to launch

Other: College coursework in business, project management, math, economics, health care administration or equivalent education/experience

Working knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMOK) and project management methodologies.

HS Diploma: High School or General Education Diploma (GED). or equivalent education/experience

1 year recent relevant experience.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel.

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Coordinates with Contracts Department, Labor Compliance, and Finance Department to ensure proper implementation of the LSEDV Program.

Public contracting processes, e.g., Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, and low bid/design-build/Job Order Contracting public works construction contracts.

Knowledgeable of technical assistance resources available for LSEDV firms.

Develops and cultivates relationships with businesses and PMO personnel to coordinate and leverage resources in support of the CED Program.

Runs monthly LSEDV performance reports and creates utilization reports for the Board of Trustees, LACCD executive staff, and the PMO.

Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience and begins to learn Neurocrine's business

Developing skill and abilities with tools used in the job family or discipline

May provide technical support in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements

Has basic knowledge of practices and procedures within own discipline

Has conceptual knowledge of theories and practices and will learn procedures within own functional area

Developing communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking, planning and organization skills

5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management preferred

Experience with using vendor management systems (Fieldglass, including the SOW module)

Serve as the principal point of contact for the contingent workforce management program

Implementation and management of our Fieldglass system to track suppliers, workers, and SOW engagements

Development of a training & change management strategy for hiring managers

Manage the strategic roadmap of the continent workforce program

Expertise in solving complex problems with high user-centricity and change management skills

Prior experience and knowledge in contract administration, billing rates, or B2B partnerships is valued.

Exceptional organizational skills are a must

Experience with Workday a plus

Own onboarding and offboarding of all contingent workers.

Liaison between hiring teams and HR team for Tier 1 questions or concerns.
