Responsible for the day to day operational functions: order management, in house fabrication of orders, coordinate incoming and outgoing loads.

This key position will report directly to CEO and COO. Compensation based upon skills/experience.

Manage order processing through selection/pulling order, fabrication and loading while maintaining our high standard of quality control and safety

4 years work experience in high volume environment

Track dollies to ensure minimal losses, in accordance with Dollie Management Program guidelines.

Communicate IDP(s) information, questions and concerns to the management team in a timely manner.

1 – 2 years Warehouse management preferred

Manage Depot expenses, particularly labor & utility expenses, to control costs and adhere to budget.

Computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook

Audit, adjust and break-down daily load shipments.

Assist Marketing and Finance in building accurate pro-formas and budgets related to category initiatives.

Minimum of five years of retail sales experience

Meet or exceed sales and profitability plans for Home Depot.

Collaborate with Marketing to drive 3-5 year plans for each category to establish and maintain a competitive advantage vs. competition.

Lead the development, presentation, and negotiation of all proposals including Product Line Reviews, Business Reviews and Rapid Business Reviews.

Define the assortment of products available through Direct Fulfillment Centers and Kohler Drop Ship, secure Merchant approval, and drive onboarding accordingly.

Manage & Organize equipment & materials in yard

Purchase, receive, and store bulk materials properly

Organize & Maintain cleanliness of Shop & Yard

Facilitate truck maintenance & trailers (along with other equipment)

Oversee material waste and dumpster pickups

Daily deliveries to jobsites (if & when required)

4+ year's degree or equivalent experience as a facility/depot management in the transportation industry.

Perform duties as assigned by Region Director and management.

Exceptional interpersonal communication, leadership and team-building skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Prior transportation and delivery service experience required.

Supervise, assign tasks, coach, and discipline staff as needed.

Achieve profitable sales growth with current key accounts, through new business opportunities, rate management, and contract negotiation.

Must have exceptional negotiation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

Must have 2-4 years of 3PL Sales experience.

Must have exceptional negotiating and communication skills.

Must have knowledge in warehouse operations and quoting transload rates.

Serves as manager of Cycle Counter(s)

Preferred bachelor degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Minimum of two years of experience managing inventory or experience in manufacturing.

Minimum of two years of experience managing and supervising other employees.

Working knowledge of panel and lumber grades, different species, etc.

Working knowledge of lumber math and business math

Education – Minimum four (4) year degree from an accredited college or equivalent Terminal Operations working experience of five (5) years

Performs other position related duties as specified by management

Manage the training, development and accountability of the execution team, collaborating with centralized strategy.

Manage continuous process of yard integrity while performing on-going space utilization analysis working with strategy and optimization team.

Collaboration - Ability to exchange and adapt skills when working together across boundaries

Maintaining inventory management for the MN branch.

Ensuring Depot service requests meet client SLT requirements.

A willingness to acquire the MD 101 certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and complete work.

Excellent coordination skills to use a computer keyboard and small handheld tools.

Excellent analytical skills to gather and analyze information.
