Consumer Loan Specialist Jobs in Ohio

Maintain various reports as directed by management.

Work with management on any exceptions and to clear any General Ledger (GL) outages.

Minimum of 1-year previous banking or loan processing experience required.

Previous customer service experience required.

Prepare documentation and file paperwork with County clerk’s office to secure our lien position

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with associates and supervisor.

Manage workflow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.

Processing of work - mail sorting, check processing, data entry, document retrieval and review, account research.

One or more years’ experience in a customer service related position

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access - Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem solving ability

Prior customer service experience is helpful
