Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation creation and ability to communicate program status to all levels of the organization

Resolve requirement conflicts between business units or between business and technology with support from the Product Strategy and Program Management leads

Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent experience required; IT or related technical field is highly preferred.

Ability to train and learn quickly in areas with little prior experience

Strong experience in design thinking ,agile product development and KYC Process required

5 + years of system/business analysis experience

Strong analytical/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks

Previous experience in product analysis

Experience performing product and statistical analysis and working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experience performing competitive, impact, and gap analyses

Experience working with Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or MixPanel and Kibana.

Evaluate ZERO products, compare them against industry trends, and provide recommendations for improving them

Continually analyze metrics to improve company products

- Strong knowledge of keyword bidding strategies, budget cap management, and optimization tactics.
