Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the design and delivery of overall collaboration solution strategy
  • Socialization of new applications, new features, and new functionality to lines of business.
  • Oversight of design and ongoing management of campaigns and communication materials used in driving option of assigned key applications.
  • Establish annual goals, objectives, and outcomes for product(s); Track and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Partner with technical staff to ensure healthy management of application services including deployment, migration, support and training documentation.
  • Primary point person internally and externally for the team for updates and feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive morale and provide clarity about competing priorities.
  • Utilize superior analytical abilities to successfully resolve conflicts, prioritize deliverables and build consensus across organizational boundaries.
  • Identify and maintain the KPIs needed to support the team and assigned product(s).
  • Maintain relationships with the business and the client to understand the current and changing needs.


Supervision


  • No direct reports but provides critical leadership to drive across teams.


Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements


  • 3-5 years of Microsoft 365 management experience including some combination of service management of SharePoint, Exchange, Teams.
  • Strong consultative and well-articulated communication and writing skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; high quality of work that adheres to all standards, regulatory and audit requirements.
  • 3-5 years of product portfolio analysis or IT program management experience with a proven track record of on time/on budget delivery including definition of success and delivery measures.
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office applications
  • 3-5 years of experience developing strategies, campaigns, and success measures for delivering organizational change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive presentations
  • Naturally curious, detail oriented, with strong analytic, and research skills.
  • Technical proficiency in service solution design.
  • Demonstrated experience with facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, change management, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • For all virtual remote positions, in order to ensure associates can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual work space and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours. Additionally, there is an internet work speed requirement of 25 Mbps or better for individual use. If more than one person is utilizing the same internet connection in the same household or building, then a stronger connection is required.     Note: For call center roles specifically, it is a requirement to either hardwire your equipment directly to the internet router or ensure your workstation is in close proximity to the router. Please ensure that you are able to meet these expectations before applying.

    The national average salary range for this role is $75-180k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
