Bachelor’s Level Degree or relevant work experience preferred.

5 or more years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred.

Construction administration, HUD, and affordable experience preferred.

Minimum 5 years (CM1) or 10 years (CM2) of construction management experience managing horizontal infrastructure projects.

Perform construction inspection, oversight, enforcement of compliance with the contract documents, and on-site management of the construction project.

Work closely with Public Works project managers, designers, and inspectors to deliver projects.

Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction

Effective oral and written communication skills.

O-4 years of experience in labor and/or landscape work or O-2 years of experience in a skilled trade.

Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines.

Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures, equipment and/or fixtures including activities related to maintenance, construction, painting and electrical.

Assist with construction, installation, and repairs of structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes.

Assist in the maintenance, repairs or construction of underground drainage, curbs or ditches and in the implementation of erosion control methods.

May assist with Erecting framework for structures and laying subflooring.

3+ years of business analyst experience - product management experience preferred

Experience working in finance & retail and/or consumer lending industries

Desire to pursue product management

Drive requirements for the loan participation platform to:

Leverage loan & finance industry expertise to inform product decisions

Leverage knowledge of ACH and modern payment technologies

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Review interest payments completed by Construction Loan Administrators and ensure monthly interest reserve reporting for management is completed by deadline.

Ensure current and accurate information for all portfolio reporting prepared for Management.

Customer facing experience preferred and ability to utilize effective problem solving skills.

Develop a working knowledge of all assigned customers and associated construction projects.

Review inspection reports and have ability to identify and raise issues to reporting Manager with suggestions for resolution.
