• Managing paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and other documents
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Assisting with project management tasks
• Maintaining filing systems
• Assisting with the preparation of reports
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations
• Assisting with the coordination of events
• Assisting with the coordination of travel arrangements
