Salary: $ 1,444.19 semi-monthly
Job Location: This position will be located at 112 Plaza Drive. Sikeston, MO. 63801

What you’ll do:
· Observes, reports, and assists in recording changes in the physical condition, behavioral response, and emotional status of clients
· Assists in providing basic health care for clients such as checking vital signs, and applying simple dressings.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for client care and treatment activities.
· Administer medication after completing training that is provided by the agency
· Uses state vehicles to transport clients to appointments and activities.
· Assist clients in participating in activities (fishing, shopping, going to the movies, out to eat etc.)
· Assist clients with meals, bathing, grooming, etc. as needed.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
· Must be 18 years old. One or more years of work experience or self-employment.
· Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
· Must also possess a valid driver's license.
· Pass a background screening.
· Preferred Qualifications
· Ability to administer medications.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for clients.
· Understand and follow directions.
· Accurately report and record observations.
· Accept and adapt to changes in assignments, methods, and policies.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, supervisors, and the general public.
· Exercise good judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties.
