- Lead analytics operations for the CC&I including reporting, impact measurement.
- Collaborate with CC&I functions to prioritize insight generation and action.
- Represent Data & Insights in cross-functional teams as needed.
- Overall analytics accountability from ideation through delivery and optimization
- Partner closely with Tech @ Lilly teams for data infrastructure & integrations.
- Lead analytics strategy and analytics use case prioritization for various focus areas as needed.
- Partner, provide technical leadership & coach the Connected Care Lilly Capability Center India team.
- Associate Director - Connected Care Data Insights & Customer Behavior will report to the Data, Insights & Customer Behavior COO Executive Director – Connected Care & Insulins.
- Educate organizational stakeholders on analytical capabilities and concepts.
- Hands on data analysis execution including delivery of key insights to Connected Care stakeholders.
- Oversee data management controls and own data activities; partner with leads for data onboarding, data loading and ingestion, data quality and cleansing, and featurization.
- Lead problem identification and analytics formulation to address business questions and patient engagement needs; actively consult with the business at senior levels on top needs.
- Lead interpretation of impact analysis; oversee measurement capture and drive the synthesis and explanations for model outputs addressing top priority business questions.
- Oversee and execute Data Analysis for CC&I Focus Areas
- Develop new analytical capabilities and tools in coordination with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
- Oversee advanced analytics and data science modeling efforts, advise and provide direction to contributors from advanced analytics and data science for model evaluation, model assembly, and model training.

- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Advanced Analytics and Data Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or other relevant degree area
- Demonstrated experience in driving business value through analytics.
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with pharmaceutical or MedTech Marketing, Medical, RWE, Safety and Regulatory functions
- Experience with the following technologies: Cloud platforms like AWS Redshift & Azure, Tableau, Power BI, Python
- In depth knowledge of reporting/warehouse data architecture
- Candidates should be comfortable working in ambiguity/whitespace and in working in a fast-moving environment.
- Previous experience working with teams of data engineering, data analysts, data scientists, and strategic partners (third-party organizations)
- Familiarity with CCPA and other data regulations
- Exceptional listening skills, with an ability to ask the right questions and uncover hidden insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work and deliver business value within a team.
- Proficient in advanced SQL skills including advanced analytic functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels, delivering insights and recommendations.
- Understanding of security controls for mobile and web-based applications
- Master's degree preferred in these disciplines.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), storytelling, and interpersonal influencing skills and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data/application requirements into business value.
- Strong knowledge of latest generation analytics tools and capabilities, including AI/Machine Learning technologies
- Ability to collaborate with strategists, consultants, creatives, and technologists.
