Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

3+ years’ experience as a journeyman & 2+ years’ experience in supervisory position

5 years industrial construction experience

Computer Competency (Microsoft Office), Completions Database experience

Good communication skills with co-workers and subordinates

Knowledge of turnover or completions

5+ years of experience running tools in the field in a remote field environment for the product lines described above.

Knowledge & experience with installation of downhole completions and/or convention fishing equipment required

Conducting all business activities in accordance with BH HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BH Core Values

Offshore experience and/or L48 style workover fishing experience a plus.

Manage the quality completions team which can include clerks, facilitators, and inspectors.

5 years industrial construction experience

Computer Competency (Microsoft Office), Completions Database experience

Review and understand contractual requirements related to quality and completions

Minimum 3 years of specific experience as Completions Field Specialist.

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

Responsible for service delivery execution.

Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and region’s applicable laws.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
