Baker Hughes has an opening for a Field Specialist for Completions and Wellbore Intervention (CWI), including but not limited to, installation of liner hangers, production packers, various completion equipment, remedial and stimulation products, casing exits, and conventional fishing equipment. This Field Specialist will be based primarily in Alaska for both Land and Offshore projects and working a 21 days on and 21 days off rotational schedule

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating best practices and procedures at the rig site.
• Completing all required paperwork upon completion of every job.
• Assisting in the warehouse during disassembly/assembly after jobs and during job preparations.
• Providing all customer required information and documentation.
• Running multiple applications of medium to high risk in one or more product lines in the Convention Fishing, Wellbore Construction, Packer Systems, and/or Workover Systems Product Groups.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with BH HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BH Core Values
• Installation of downhole equipment at the rig site under minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to work well and communicate well with others
• Great communication and people skills
• 5+ years of experience running tools in the field in a remote field environment for the product lines described above.
• Must be reliable and self-motivated
• Knowledge & experience with installation of downhole completions and/or convention fishing equipment required
• Ability and willingness to work in remote locations
• Computer Skills required
• Must be able to work Rotation of 21 days on and 21 days off
• Offshore experience and/or L48 style workover fishing experience a plus.
