Communications Analyst And Trainer Jobs

Demonstrated experience with paid media management and optimization

5 years’ of experience in media design, educational technology, or user experience design is required.

Build and manage our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for our e-learning needs.

Assist in developing, organizing, and updating training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

Evaluate the impact of each learning experience in order to drive continuous improvement.

Design and develop learning experiences that support MARS company goals and initiatives.

Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)

1+ years of experience producing training content, lab processes, or education materials

Experience creating announcements regarding program offerings, system updates, or new functionality

Experience creating instructional guides for IT systems or standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Experience with qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Weather Monitoring/Support & Crisis Management Team (CMT) Process

Effectively executes the Crisis Management Program

Support Sr. Analysts/Managers with developing best practices and processes to support emerging risks and threats

College Degree preferred (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Business)

Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience and/or Masters' degree

Proficiency in and knowledge of computer software including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet (preferred)

-Experience building presentations for C-level execs and story telling the information in those presentations

-Experience presenting on data and insights

-Experience with the G-suite for presentations as well as Powerpoint

-Experience working in an agile environment

Duration: 6+ Month Contract (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)

· Coordinate with change management team and change agents to support consistent and timely communications.

Excellent presentation and verbal skills.

Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and online calendaring tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook). Experience with Staffbase and Canva a plus.

Experience with SharePoint, digital video creation and scripting, polling software, or other tools to develop communications for online channels preferred.
