Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and other legal ops solutions.

Project management experience sourcing and implementing legal team technology solutions (e.g., contract management, security tools, project management tools, etc.).

Create and and maintain key templates, playbooks, policies, and other knowledge materials.

Demonstrable experience developing and implementing processes to improve the legal function.

Prior experience working in high-growth companies.

5+ years' experience in contract management, creation, and negotiation

Knowledge of and experience working in the Multifamily marketplace preferred

Draft and manage a variety of legal documents through the entire contract lifecycle

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years' experience in operations, process improvement, and/or business development

Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple contracts and/or projects at once

Oversee and administer full life cycle contract management, including service agreement renewals.

Audit and manage existing commercial agreements.

Significant experience (8+ years) drafting, negotiating, and managing complex sales/service agreements.

Strong critical thinking, decision making, and creative compromise abilities are a must.

Dynamic and persistent personality with confident leadership and influence capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal comprehension and communication skills.

Experience, Education And Specialized Knowledge And Skills

Knowledge and understanding of the contract management lifecycle.

Prior contract management experience (Conga Contracts or a similar contract management system).

Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders. An ability to influence for greater outcomes.

4+ years of contracts experience.

Knowledge of legal terminology and contract language.

Strong organizational and project management skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Maintain and organize contract files on document management system.

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, commensurate with experience.

Liaison with the legal team, account managers and internal groups to ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Partner with Finance to track contractual terms.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
