Support Manager in launch planning process to ensure clear customer priorities, aligned pre-shipment approval and identification of potential shipment risks

Minimum 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Sales, Operations, or Business Analytics

Nice to haves: experience with EIW-Analyzer, Power BI and SAP

Reports to: Manager, Commercial Planning

The Procurement and Commodities Purchasing business is critical to the success of Tyson Foods.

Assist bankers with disciplined sales management approach, update client information and data in Salesforce, methodical marketing activity and continuous upmarket prospecting.

Perform other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the relationship management teams.

Strong finance and credit acumen, negotiation, loan documentation, and financial modeling skills including underwriting and structuring of new relationships.

Adhere to all company policies and applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements

4-year college degree or related experience

2+ years of commercial lending or investment banking, risk assessment, credit structuring and marketing experience is preferred

Project management experience and certifications.

Experience with Next Best Actions (NBA) and Next Best Customers (NBC) capabilities and related logarithms.

Act as a project manager for small scale initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors relating to computer science, business, finance, marketing, or similar fields of study.

CRM platform support experience required, with preference for those with Salesforce or Veeva experience.

Demonstrated business communications, influencing, and situational awareness skills.
