Collateral Specialist Jobs in Florida

Utilize document management software to track and monitor the status and location of collateral files.

2+ years in an office environment with previous filing experience.

Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel and Word) Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation is preferred but not required.

Technical and/or other Essential knowledge:

Assist in the organization, sorting, and maintenance of collateral documents related to mortgage loans.

Ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all collateral files.

Strong focus on time management and multi-tasking

Prior experience/ knowledge of vehicle title handling

High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial services, operations, or customer service setting)

Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application

Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
