Job Description

Summary

As a Collateral Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Uniform Commercial Codes, Insurance, Titles and Negotiables for the Healthcare Financial Services business. You will partner with insurance agents, sales representatives, customers, vendors, internal contacts and government agencies to resolve outstanding items.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Initiate lien filings on new deals and support lien servicing throughout the life of the lease/loan.
  • Utilize Secretary of State to validate customer legal entities for UCCs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to prepare, file and submit Insurance, Uniform Commercial Codes, Titles and Negotiables.
  • Execute title originations, title corrections and title releases for Leases and Loans.
  • Address all internal and external UCCs, Insurance and Title inquiries in a timely manner; escalating to the necessary parties for resolution.
  • Perform and verify system input for accuracy. Review incoming information to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial services, operations, or customer service setting)
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
