Ensure production schedule follow-through as allocated by Pre-Fabrication Manager and/or Engineering Manager

Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures

Stage raw materials at work center for day’s production

Load and unload machine with correct sheet sizes and label parts with correct part numbers

Report all equipment deficiencies to supervisor

Perform operator-level maintenance and cleaning of cutting equipment and work area in accordance with company standards and manufacture’s machine recommendations

Excellent time management skills to work within tight deadlines and complete tasks in the most efficient way.

Perform other related duties as assigned by plant management

Strong Design Skills, Marketing, Communication Design, or related concentration

Analytical skills to monitor work processes and inspect various types of rolls

Must possess successful problem solving skills

Program computerized machines to produce quality engraved rolls

Ability to gain specific knowledge of Westmor's production schedule, processes and product line

Exhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employees

Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles

Update paperwork and reflect any changes

Operate forklift according to safe operating procedures, including acquisition and maintenance training certificate

Keep floor clean and free of steel and tools, sweeping when necessary

· Notifies material handler when parts are finished or skid or containers need to be moved

· Uses pallet jack or hoist to position material or containers

· Help with visually inspecting parts

· Assist in counting parts and reconciling inventory quantities

· Other duties as assigned

Pay: $16.50 - $17.25 per hour

Other duties as assigned within physical requirements

Working knowledge of laser operation and trouble shooting

Operate machine at maximum efficiency limiting down time.

Check first article of each set up ensuring quality tolerance is met.

Help operator keep laser operating efficiently with as little down time as possible.

Ensure customer specifications are met.

Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.

Experience in modeling mass and species transport, preferably in electrochemical and/or chemically reacting systems.

Working knowledge of electrocatalytic mechanisms beyond the Butler-Volmer equation, including microkinetic models and transition state theory

Experience with chemically reacting flow, multiphase flow, and multicomponent diffusion

Familiarity with charge transport equations, such as ohm’s law, Poisson’s equation for electrostatics, Nernst-Planck equation, etc.

An understanding of numerical methods techniques, both using commercial software and/or homemade codes, is advantageous.
