Co2 Laser Operator Jobs in Iowa

Knowledge about nozzles used during laser cutting operation.

2+ years of experience on AMADA or similar CNC laser cutting machines.

Lifting requirements of up to 50#

Monitor fill level of bulk tank system and report reordering levels to the supervisor.

Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities.

Keep work area clean and organized.

Select (grinders, abrasives, etc.) and utilize a variety of metal finishing tools to meet specified surface requirements

Understand and execute to a set of specified instructions (sequenced based control, work instructions, drawings, move tags, etc.)

Execute proper start-up and shut-down of machine

Load, set-up, and run laser to planned arrangements

Evaluate, correct, and take actions necessary to prevent external quality (size & defects) issues

Utilize a variety of material lifting devices (cranes, positioners, magnets, hooks, etc.)

· Ongoing Skill Based Pay Increases possible after 90 days

Physical Requirements of the Job:

At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)

High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
