This includes providing customer service, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the club, and helping to ensure the smooth running of the club. The Club Operations Assistant will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the club. The Club Operations Assistant will also be responsible for helping to maintain the club’s inventory, ordering supplies, and helping to ensure the club is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
