Candidates have a min of 10 years of working experience with 5 years of management experience

Manage a team of 10-25 Software QA Engineers across multiple geographic locations.

Track the deployment of the software and enabling of the features in production with good quality and customer experience

Candidates have Bachelors Degree with 12 years of QA experience or Masters Degree with 10 years of QA experience.

Candidates have hands-on experience on coming up with the QA strategy, implementation and tracking of the execution

Candidates have hands-on experience in mentoring the QA engineers.
