Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for shaping exceptional technical experiences? Join our team as the Director of Tech Experience in the Technical Operations Department and lead a geographically-dispersed team in driving end-to-end branch technical reliability and stability. As a key driver of our customer-centric approach, you will collaborate with business and tech functions to deliver seamless, outstanding customer experiences across channels and touchpoints. Your expertise will shape our technology services, ensuring smooth operations and innovation, while optimizing IT service delivery.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Lead projects for hardware, software, and network services.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of technical experts.
  • Develop career pathways for emerging leaders, analysts, and engineers.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, maintaining relationships.
  • Collaborate to deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Implement multi-channel contact paths and automation.
  • Technology Services:
  • People Leadership and Development:
  • Oversee work schedules, assignments, and workflow analysis.
  • Innovate to enhance customer interactions.
  • Monitor and ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Optimize IT service delivery with efficient support processes.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Oversee end-to-end branch and corporate technologies.
  • Drive teams to meet SLAs and productivity targets.
  • Develop and measure service improvement metrics.
  • Technology Support:
  • Monitor and analyze technical performance, ensuring quality.


What You Should Have


  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years leading technical services in an enterprise setting.
  • IT Service Management: Practical application of ITIL principles and concepts.
  • Networking: Strong understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
  • Service Focus: Experience in delivering exceptional service and meeting deadlines.
  • SRE and DevOps: Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Background in maintaining enterprise technologies, networks, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, SaaS).


Education And Certifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure, A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE).
  • ITSM and DevOps certifications (e.g., ITIL v3 or 4 Foundations, practitioner).

Base Salary

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average.


The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.


All full-time salaried employees are also eligible for the following benefits: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
