We are looking for a talented, high-energy, team player and leader to be part of leading a QA team developing a cloud security platform. This is a great opportunity to define and build a new class of market defining products and maintain cloud stability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10-25 Software QA Engineers across multiple geographic locations.
• Timely delivery of the projects with good quality.
• Architect, design & develop test strategies for software on multiple platforms like Windows, Linux, MacOS including mobile platforms like iOS and Android.
• Work closely with the other peers -Engineering/PM/Support/TAM for timely delivery of the projects
• Track the deployment of the software and enabling of the features in production with good quality and customer experience
• Identify the new processes to track the test and automation coverage and implement them with proper tracking metrics.
• Identify the gaps in current test methodologies and address them with proper progress tracking metrics.
• Identify the new test tools which can increase the test coverage and productivity
• Identify the gaps in the current automation coverage and come up with the Plan to increase the coverage
• Track the budgeting and resource planning.
• Track and follow the execution on Customer escalation/issues.
• Implement strong testing practices covering Functional, Performance, Resilience and System aspects.

• Candidates have led a team of min 10 engineers across different geographic location
• Candidates have a min of 10 years of working experience with 5 years of management experience
• Candidates have hands-on experience on coming up with the QA strategy, implementation and tracking of the execution
• Candidates have hands-on experience in mentoring the QA engineers.
• Candidates have Bachelors Degree with 12 years of QA experience or Masters Degree with 10 years of QA experience.
• Candidates have hands-on experience on automation using scripting languages like Python and automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of networking, OS concepts & automation frameworks, virtual mobile labs like Kobiton etc.
• Excellent understanding of VPN solutions is desirable.
• Candidates have hands-on experience on the Firewall, Operating System Concepts, networking & mobile automation frameworks.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $161,000 to $230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
