4+ years of Management experience

Finance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)

10+ years of software engineering experience

8+ years of leadership experience in a technology environment

Clear and professional communication skills required due to frequent interaction with end users, management, and other engineering SME’s across ABC OTV.

Experience in end-to-end integration and commissioning of broadcast and/or IT systems.

Excellent organizational, documentation, and writing skills required

Knowledge of IT networks, enterprise software platforms, switches, cloud technologies, and virtual machines

Experience in installation and implementation of broadcast and IT systems

Experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio preferred

Manage the day-to-day activities of the Operations Team.

Manage all ongoing infrastructure operations for the System including, but not limited to, planning, reporting, performance monitoring, and Capacity Planning/sizing.

Bachelors with 16-18 yrs of experience, Masters with 14+ yrs of experience, Phd with 10+ yrs of experience

Operate the System infrastructure in compliance with SLAs.

Work with the Client to resolve all System issues related to ongoing System operations and outages.

Work with the Client to meet the timely request and implementation for infrastructure (System Hardware/ Software) upgrades.
