Significant senior leadership experience leading IT Services and Project Management process design experience (ITIL, ITSM, and PMI best practices implementation).

10 years of direct management experience including budgetary responsibility.

7-10 years systems and network engineering experience and project management leadership (full life cycle implementation).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Direct change, problem, and asset management process and procedure.

Operations KPI’s and provide reports to executive management on service availability and infrastructure performance.

Must have experience in evaluating data provided by cost estimators to create overall cost versus benefit assessment

Experience with software acquisition evaluationwhile considering functional benefits, technical performance, risks, and schedule concerns

5+ years of professional work experience

Must have experience in standing up AWS and Azure instances

Must have some application and infrastructure testing experience

Must have strong investigative and analytical skills, critical thinking and be detail-oriented

3+ of experience with scripting skills with PowerShell and hands-on configuration and design knowledge of Azure ARM templates and Azure CLI

Proven experience and ability to manage problem resolutions of complex or intermittent issues in a multi-vendor, integrated enterprise environment

Define requirements in support of budget plans and make recommendations for ways to improve performance and reduce costs

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or applicable work experience

Advanced experience with Windows Servers 2016/2019, Microsoft Azure, AVD, MEM, and M365

Excellent communication skills; feels comfortable working with non-technical business partners

Work on Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, including migration between Clouds.

Work on data pipelines related to company products.

Cloud understanding (AWS and/or Azure).

Ability to work with different teams - Data, Architects and Business.

Intimate knowledge of Data marketplace and unique perspective on how to compete within it – experience making markets

Evangelize IBM’s Data offerings within a cross matrix sales organization

Multiple years of direct, face to face customer selling experience

Industry knowledge of IBM competitors in the Data market

Prior experience selling Data services within Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms

Multiple years of experience in leading large complex deals and value-based selling with track record of overachieving quota.
