Clinical Trial Support Specialist I Jobs in Arkansas

Prospects for and qualifies new leads through sales calls in person and remotely, via virtual channels.

Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.

Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals.

0-02 years related experience required.

Calls on clinical decision makers to position products for presentation, evaluation and purchase.

Develops and actively maintains a pipeline of sustainable new sales opportunities sufficient to achieve or exceed sales target/quota.

5+ years of professional lab or clinical experience, preferably with expertise in Removables

Previous experience with customer service role for the lab and are looking for a customer service/facing role

Experience in CAD/CAM digital design (3+ years experience in 3Shape preferred) and building best design practices

Strong knowledge of dental systems and their digital components (i.e. scan bodies)

Ability to adapt and empathize with customers to de-escalate situations and offer solutions

Experience working in digital dental labs

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers within and outside of the organization.

Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, visitors, and coworkers

Requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work with professionals, and maintain confidentiality standards.

Requires the ability to maintain highly confidential information, including a working knowledge of HIPAA.

Creativity, initiative and independent thinking, and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred.

Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate.

Interacts with the client and other functional departments related to clinical monitoring and site management activities and deliverables.

May participate in business development activities including project clinical operations/site management strategy and budget input, defense meetings, and proposal development.
