Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize across study, regulatory, and company goals.

Manage committee research roadmaps and five-year plans. Support “idea sponsors” in all aspects of the development, proposal, funding, and ranking stages.

Manage the review, approval, and posting of results.

Liaise with external organizations in the coordination of research activities and knowledge transfer of research results.

Skillful working with a large and diverse body of native and non-native speakers to reach consensus on complex issues.

Facilitate the technical work scope and specify project deliverables.

Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care management or health care consulting

Experience managing and coordinating operations for practice management in a health care setting is preferred.

Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Establish program management processes within the program in alignment with portfolio management processes

Create Standardized Materials to support the practice management operating system

5+ years of relevant experience, including project and/or program management experience

Communicates regularly with key stakeholders in Enterprise Analytics and Network Management to ensure alignment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Presents updates and provides education to internal and external customers based on changes to the metrics that impact the overall program.

Works with internal teams to establish, communicate and negotiate deadlines on data deliverables.

Collaborates with internal teams to identify quality goals and priorities and establish business owners.

Deep understanding of Inpatient/Outpatient UM; expertise on inpatient acute hospital or outpatient patient flows, provider-payer workflows, and revenue cycle management

Create, maintain, and enforce a detailed schedule and business requirement documents for ongoing program reporting and engagement with clients

2-3 years of experience in Clinical Program innovation

Deep understanding of healthcare data and excellent analytical abilities; comfort with Excel, Tableau, SQL

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including developing effective presentations and communicating expectations / accountability

Strong leadership capabilities and ability to initiate and maintain cross-team relationships

8+ years of experience with project management, research, or operations or equivalent experience

Experience working effectively with all levels of management, including influencing stakeholders with conflicting priorities

Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience

Develop tools and programs, prioritization, and project management

Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
