Strong attention to details and organizational skills

Processing tasks include cleaning and inspecting finished goods before shipment.

Assist in pulling and delivering units that customer quote approved or quote rejected for the correct team inside the Service Center.

The Administrative Processing Team throughput is approx. 200 to 240 orders daily.

Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems

Receive incoming parts from outside suppliers

Count and verify delivery matches packing slip

Compare packing slips to purchase orders

Must meet requirements and experience skills sets

Utilize effective communication skills to manage member appointments to positively impact providers’ productivity.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience displaying excellent customer service skills

Location: Position is remote. Work from home opportunity.

Manage timing of visits in providers’ schedules and ensures quality and accuracy of schedule.

Provide feedback to management and staffing agency regarding new hire performance, issues or concerns

Communicates with operations Supervisor/Manager to assist in the development of daily work schedules that minimize overtime and reduce labor costs.

Help associates improve upon or enhance existing skills

Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs

Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into associate work behavior

Recognized skilled specialist in job area.

Perform all tactical home delivery functions: issue resolution, order management, and agent changes

Lean/ Six Sigma training and/or certification preferred

Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors

Position reports to Senior Manager, Logistics Operations

Ensure all truckload shipments have assigned carriers

2 years of professional experience in an analytical role, preferably within consulting, finance or tech

Experience with SQL is preferred

Tableau experience is a plus

Strong analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, ask the right questions, and summarize your findings

Monitor KPIs and business drivers- highlighting trends and investigating underlying causes of variance

Prepare KPI reports distributed daily, weekly and monthly to the Executive and Senior Teams

Excellent organizational and time management skills

2 years of experience in logistics or a related field

1-3 years of industry experience required with biotech experience preferred

Experience working in a Quality regulated environment a plus

Experience with Dynamics ERP is highly preferred

Assist with inventory management of study supplies working with procurement to resolve issues

Associate degree or at least 1 year demonstrated work experience

Experience in multitasking and database maintenance

Knowledgeable of shipping couriers and both domestic and international shipping documentation

Support the project teams with general shipping duties and procurement including shipment documentation and database maintenance

Review, enter, and maintain contact information in multiple databases
