Experience working with various Learning Management Systems and Content Development platforms a plus

Experience with project management preferred

1 year professional experience in Education/Training Background

Skills to manage schedules, logistics, purchasing … all the day-to-day details of running a business

Engage with teams across the organization to understand Clinical goals and service needs as it relates to Education and Training.

Manage metrics - understand practice priorities, track best practice adherence and collaborate on solutions to improve performance.

Manage digital content and access portals in collaboration with technical experts

5+ years of Structural Heart or Interventional Catheter Based therapy experience

Fully remote based, but travel to Maple Grove HQ and training sites required

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Remote Eligible: Remote in Country

Coordinates the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to objectives

High levels of knowledge on all aspects of educational technology, technology integration, and current education technology trends

Develop and design customized learning paths to help customers achieve educational objectives in line with District and client goals

5 - 10 years of teaching experience in a US classroom

Promethean/Interactive Flat Panel experience in both training and content/lesson development

Strong presentation skills and the ability to excite/relate to educators at all levels

Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to speak in front of large groups of educators is essential

Manage strict deadlines whilst ensuring a quality end-user experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of qualifications in education, international development or related

Conduct own research to further understand learner and client requirements for each learning programme

Experience in teaching or training of adults and curriculum development

Strong interpersonal/communication skills in English, including writing and editing
