Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Explaining/teaching, complex ideas to multiple diverse populations and skill levels, including those with limited IT and systems knowledge.

Bachelor’s Degree in health-related study OR 4 years’ experience working in clinical setting, rehab, or healthcare marketing/admissions.

Information technology, troubleshooting experience strongly preferred.

Proactively learning and utilizing new technologies, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to requirements.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Experience working with & providing requirements to engineers

1+ years of experience with and fluency in Tableau, Dynamo queries, SQL, expert in excel.

Ability to contribute critical judgement beyond the role; offer a point of view

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience with managing PII and PHI compliantly

Experience communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

Additional education and professional certifications may be required.

2-3 Years of Service Desk experience, customer service experience desired.

Occasionally document new policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Must have user support skills, especially interpersonal communication, and patience.

2-3 Years of Service Desk experience, customer service experience desired.

Identify technical trends, proactively seek solutions, and report to Management when applicable.

Local project management and implementation support.

1-2 Years of leadership roles or project management.

Previous remote-work experience is a plus.

Expected to manage multiple requests and escalations and meet service level agreements.

Manage escalation interaction with other supporting groups within SoFi.

Use of analytical skills and experiences to investigate or escalate support issues.

Time management and prioritization necessary daily

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Demonstrated knowledge and ability in supporting and configuring AthenaHealth (required)

Experience operating and configuring eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Epic or other EMRs is desirable.

Creating and maintaining documentation on system requirements and system configuration (required)
